TCAC is an all-volunteer run grassroots collective of direct action activists dedicated to fighting injustice for the most marginalized and oppressed in Tallahassee, Leon County, and throughout North Florida.


Delilah Pierre
President

Delilah is the President of the Tallahassee Community Action Committee and has worked tirelessly at TCAC and a student with FSU Students for a Democratic Society for racial justice, trans justice, and economic justice in Tallahassee and throughout Florida. Her work helped stop the anti-trans and anti-LGBTQIA+ legislation in Florida in 2020, passed the country's most inclusive local conversion therapy bam, and create police accountability for racist police crimes in Tallahassee.
